An interesting and exciting conversation between a landlord in turmusaya
to the north of Ramallah,Palestine which his land and Olive trees were
damaged by The Israeli army.And the Israeli soldier is preventing the
landlord and everyone who lives in the town to reach their land.

i watched this video a couple days ago but i did not want to upload the video without researching the claim any further.

i found out that a nearby settlement of shilo had gotten a court order that says the mans land belongs to the state of israel.

the man in the video had court documents of his own which he claims proves the land is his. he also showed them documents that were provided to him before israel was actually created.

the land is his.

RAMALLAH,
February 15, 2012 (WAFA) – Israeli settlers backed by a large army force
Wednesday uprooted olive trees in the West Bank village of Turmus Ayya,
north of Ramallah, forcing clashes with local residents, said a local
resident.
Rajeh Abu al-Sukkar
told WAFA that settlers and soldiers came to his land and started
uprooting trees then loading them on a truck to take them away.
He denied claims by
the soldiers and settlers that the land was state-owned stressing that
he had a court order three months ago confirming that the land is his
and that he can work on it.
The soldiers also claimed the settlers had a court order to uproot the trees from his land under the pretext it was state land.


Residents confronted
the soldiers and settlers to stop them from uprooting the trees, said
Abu al-Sukkar. There were no immediate reports of injuries or arrests.
