That's what you call a group of hawks, a cast, aerie, or kettle of hawks. You'll only see them in the wild with Harris hawks hunting together, all other raptors are solitary and territorial (when hunting with your Red-Tail you have to watch out for wild Red-Tails in the area that may attack).
