Trying to put myself on a better path.” We hope he is sincere and that his family has helped to convince him that victimizing young women is not how they want to remember their father, grandfather and friend.

1/9/2011 – OKC, OK — It isn’t often that a ‘John’ outs himself to JohnTV and then basically dares us to do something about it. As a matter of fact, in the 15 years we’ve been spotlighting the graphic realities of street prostitution, we don’t recall it ever happening until this past December. That’s when an odd event turned into what’s probably going to become a social media nightmare for a local John.

It all started around 5:00 PM on December 29, 2010. While taping a known street prostitute that goes by the name ‘Candice,’ she was seen jumping into a 2009 Toyota Camry at SW 42 and S. Robinson Avenue. A hooker jumping into a car isn’t exactly ‘odd,’ but one jumping in and then hiding down in the floorboard of the car is – which is exactly what Candice did. Naturally this got our attention and we proceeded to pull up next to the John’s car at a red light at SW 29 and Robinson. Neither Candice nor the John seemed especially shocked to see a video camera pointed at them (the John actually waved). So, naturally we took up a position behind the duo in hopes of discouraging any acts of prostitution the two might be planning. As luck would have it, this John doesn’t like to be videotaped while cavorting with a hooker - but, he obviously does like taking photos of himself having sex with hookers, especially pregnant young ones – but more on that later.

So, hooker gets out of the John’s car at a gas station and the John drives off. No biggie in our book and we really didn’t think much else of it. That is until this entire scenario was retold in detail on a pro-prostitution Internet forum.

You see, we couldn’t do what we do if it wasn’t for our fans who constantly keep us informed of important tidbits of information. In this case a JohnTV mole pointed us to the following post by a ‘senior member’ of a worldwide pro-prostitution and sex trafficking forum. The author of the post goes by the name ‘dougefresh’ (which will have more significance later);
…Oh, all giving her a ride to 25th and Robinson, was driving back and saw “Candice” running along the road near the convienance store at approx. 42nd and Robinson. Am always kidding around with her when I see her, so we are friendly, always giving her a lift. So, she calls over and says she needs a ride fast. She than sits on the floor of the car,”What are you doing”, JohnTV is trying to film me. So I take her down about a mile, we are shooting the bull and just joking. Who pulls up beside me, dick weed, got his camera up and filming. Please, what a jerk, big deal. So I make a left, he goes straight, get about a block down the street and here he comes zooming around the corner. He had to do an illegal you-turn on that street to get back to me. Just to let you know he drives a small black like jeep vehicle, tinted windows with large lights on top / front. So Candice had me drop her off at the convenice store on Grand Ave and Robinson, she gets out and I’m amazed at the thigh muscle she has when her skirt slips up when standing. First thing we did is scour the website in question, reading over all of dougefresh’s 60 postings that date back to June 3, 2008. Dougefresh’s first post was in an Illinois forum where he detailed his first experience with a prostitute (warning, graphic language);

His postings track his movements through Illinois, Myrtle Beach, Raleigh, Atlanta, Greenville, vacations in Panama, picking up hookers while visiting family in Phoenix, all the way to his current residence in Oklahoma City.

Its those Oklahoma City postings with pictures that give us our next clue. Seems JohnTV recognizes many of the street prostitutes photographed engaging in sex with dougefresh, so, with copies in hand we set out to locate one or two of them. It wasn’t long before two different street prostitutes confirmed the photos were indeed of them and they had no idea they were being posted online. Seems the girls know dougefresh as simply “Doug.” One of the girls even knows where he lives and tell us its apartment #101 in building 9300 at Brookwood Village apartments (9300 S. Shartel Ave.). A quick drive past the apartment reveals the Toyota Camry parked out front.

A little more digging by JohnTV identifies dougefresh as Carroll Douglas Fowler – 60-year old former member of the military and retired federal employee who has only lived in OKC for a few months.

Oddly enough, just today a Douglas Fowler ‘friended’ our FaceBook page. Naturally we were just giddy to be ‘friends’ with Doug and see if this was indeed the Carroll Douglas Fowler we’d been researching. Turns out the Douglas Fowler who friended us posted this on his FaceBook page… “Just moved to Oklahoma City, miss my grandbaby (name omitted by JohnTV) in North Carolina.”

And, what do you know, Douglas Fowler’s email address is dougefresh30228@(omitted by JohnTV).com. Even better, his FaceBook page has direct links to those he’d probably rather not know he’s a frequent predator of young, often homeless and drug addicted prostitutes.
