"The following images show a hit and run involving a woman and young child. Despite the shocking nature of the CCTV footage the pair escape unharmed.
We are releasing the images in a bid to find the driver and the car which, despite national checks, is yet to be recovered.
Were you on or around King William Street in the Hillfields area of Coventry just before 7.30pm on Friday 7 December 2012? Did you see a black Audi estate with a registration plate starting with EN57? Are you a mechanic who has since repaired a black Audi estate with front end damage? Have you seen a black Audi estate being taken to a lock-up or garage and not come out?
If so, you must contact West Midlands Police immediately on 101.
Alternatively, people who do not want to speak with police officers can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."

I hope he later crashed and burned to death. One positive thing about this vid, look how every single person in view immediately rushes to her aid. Not a moments hesitation from anyone. One or two even make a hopeless attempt to chase the car. People like this are the foundation civilised coutries are built upon. I'm willing to bet the driver has roots from a not so civilised nation.

@critterchops I understand what your saying and I'm not taking any offense to it but I'm Asian. Just remember that not all Asians are like that but maybe because I was raised in the States. Japan isn't like that from what I know so not all of Asia is like China just the more 3rd world countries are.
