NO ONE has argued that the government should pay for birth control. 'Obamacare' provisions regarding birth control NEVER had the government paying for it. I have a boat on Lake Erie, going out fishing and cruising with your family on a 20-30 ft boat is accessible to everyone and is a traditional American past time. Boats are like campers, don't have to be expensive. You can rent one for a day for a few hundred bucks in many places.
