A home slid off a cliff in Newfoundland, Canada, on Wednesday, and the whole thing was caught on tape.

Residents of the small town of Daniel Harbor, Canada are worried that most of their village will slide off the cliff.

Engineers discovered that most of the land under the town has dangerously eroded.

The head of Newfoundland's emergency agency said the area is "an active slide."

Experts said the homes are built on clay instead of bedrock. Because of winter thaw, the soil is eroding.

Authorities were busy building a new road and rerouting utility lines so they won't slide away as well.

The landslides began last Sunday.
