@givinr You'd think she's put just a little make-up on b4 stepping in front of the camera.

wouldn't it be more "environmentally sound" to tow it to a port and scrap it?

@stav napolous
No, because when you dump something into the ocean it's gone from the earth for good.

@deathOfHeavyD
Yes, because things vaporize once they sink.
Seriously dude.... seriously?

@givinr
Of course.
Why, do you think, do people dump all that waste into the oceans?
They sure seem to have a sound idea about how to not pollute the environment.

Also, are YOU serious with that question?
You probably would have asked it if I said "The moon's made of cheese", eh? ;-)

LOL, I thought the comment "Sandra Bernhardt has really fallen on hard times." wouldn't have hit the mark with anyone, so I opted to make fun of deathofheavyd instead. Looks like I still made the right choice.

So there is no one who wants a fishing boat for a living? They sank it after owners rejected it to have it back. And they sank it with over 7 tonnes of fuel aboard, idiots

A Vancouver company had plans to salvage it and recycle the metal, I guess Sandra Bernhard and the US ClownGuard got to pull the trigger first. Way to use the ocean as a garbage bin...

@Lardnapkin Ahh yes! Bernhard! I was thinking she looked similar to someone but couldn't place my finger on it. Yeah, well could you really expect any different from the US govt.

They made sure the fuel tanks were empty and everything. All that smoke and burning stuff is environmentally friendly carbon that is cleaning the ship so it doesn't contaminate the ocean floor. Also, coral reefs (in Alaska).

What a waste of good metal - a finite resource. Typical heavy-handed America. Shoot first and ask questions later!
