I went to Brooklands today and got the opportunity to have a ride down the old banked race track(oldest in the world).
Also 17000 aircrat where manufactured at Brooklands,not to mention it was where Barnes Wallis invented the bouncing bomb and the Tallboy bomb(12 tons).
I highly reccomend a visit to this museam if you are in the Surrey area.
