@spetznaz You are right,here where i am we used to have Byberry State Hospital,and Norristown State hopital i remember as a kid and were both pyciatric asylums that were closed because of patient abuse,murders and conditions as "atrocious" and "irreversible." Now where do people go that are mentaly ill..on the streets like this woman.

@ZANGADO That's the old days. Today we have state hospitals that are so modern and safe that our biggest problem is the patients don't want to leave to be placed in community crack dens. And that is a fact.
