Such kind of intense images arn't rare at all in Israel- From time to time heavy clashes break out between Orthodox groups and police units, specially during harsh demonstrations, which includes road blocking and stones hurled by the Orthodox.
The video was taken few years back during heavy clashes between police forces and Orthodox in the heart of Jerusalem, and as you can see it looked practicly like a war zone...
Just like when it envolves Arabs: In many cases using excessive force is justified, specially during heavy riots, other wise the police could do nothing and just let the rioters do what ever the hell they want- This is called: Anarchy.
You can't excpect the police units to invite the rioters for a cup of coffee before they arrest them...
And of course there are also cases of unjustified use of force ,but usually such cases are the same in other countries. Israel is not an exception, the only exception is that the focus is on a place like Israel, as part of a specific agenda.
The cases which are brought to LL are only when it is against Arabs, and usually with out showing the all incident, only the police reaction, and by that creating a false impression as if in Israel the police has special "treatment" for innocent Arabs, or non-Jews.
