RAW Footage of 'AK-47 Bandit' North Bend Chase Bank Robbery Released

NORTH BEND, Wash. -- King County deputies are on the hunt for the armed
robber who burst into a North Bend bank last Friday with an AK-style
rifle.
After parking his reddish-orange Jeep Liberty or Patriot, the
man charged into the Chase Bank at 6 p.m. and began barking orders.
Deputies say he spoke with a deep, loud voice and threatened to shoot
tellers if they'd didn't hurry up.
The man took an undisclosed amount of money and left. There were no injuries.

Deputies
say the robber's Jeep may have had out-of-state plates with a prominent
blue stripe across the top. The vehicle was very dirty, and the spare
tire had been removed.
Detectives in King County and California have
noted similarities between Friday's robbery and a series of unsolved
robberies in California from early 2012.
That robber has been dubbed
"The AK-47 Bandit," according to deputies. In one of those robberies,
the man shot a Chino police officer.

  • That robber is probably dumb as fuck. Did not even plan to bring a bag for his loot. And this mean drum mag Ak-47 for a drawer robbery, he's not even going for the safe. I give him no more than a week and the cops will arrest him.
