The Justice Secretary has reignited the row over the Lockerbie bomber by admitting trade and oil deals played a "very big part" in the way the Government dealt with him.
Jack Straw has told the Daily Telegraph they were a major influence in his decision to include Abdelbaset Al Magrahi in a prisoner transfer agreement with Libya two years ago.
