Modern Monarch Program Part 1
This video is about the modern day Monarch Program and how it is done. The Monarch Program is a branch off of MK ULTRA. Illegal human experimentation done in the US Since the late 1800's. In the 70's the Rockefeller Commission investigated the CIA due to several claims of illegal human experimentation. After the investigation the CIA still continued their experiments in a more covert fashion. Part 2 will show how these programs are run covertly. I have recently contacted David Rockefeller in hopes that he will do another investigation on the CIA.
