A remarkable cultural phenomenon easily described as the digital revolution, is not without its negatives. Although this new technology has vastly increased our communication and portable information capabilities, this new technology is arguably destroying normal social behavior and changing ourselves as a people, as a species.
I'm sure many have noticed silent bus trips to the city where half the bus is playing Sudoku on their iphones. Or the fact that there are such skilled people who can walk and facebook their friends simultaneously.
This short film is my light hearted take on society and digital culture, hence the whacky animation and cartoonyness. I'm not a serious person and doing a serious film wouldn't fit the bill. So DigitalPrison is a cartoony story with a more serious context, no one wants to watch a film about how bad addiction is, so I tried to make it fun and whacky... I mean it is a cartoon right? =).
I always strive to improve so critique is always welcome and appreciated
Cheers
