A Baby in a Stroller was nearly hit by a falling tree branch in front of Nap’s Pizza in Bloomsburg on Wednesday. A tractor trailer that was too large to fit under a tree in front of Nap’s was directed in the far right parking lane on East Street due to construction. As the truck passed Nap’s Pizza it struck a tree and a branch fell nearly hitting a baby in a stroller on the sidewalk. The entire event was captured on surveillance camera in front of the store.
