A Punjabi immigrant fought a legal battle in canadian courts to be able to wear a turban while riding his motorcycle instead of the mandatory helmet. Canadians have allowed people of the religious Sikh sect to wear turbans instead of helmets in provinces such as British Columbia but Ontario refuses to do so. The man lost his case this week and must wear a helmet, he has promised to sue authorities for "racism" and "religious intolerance".
