Small plane makes emergency landing in Tampa

The two-engine plane skidded to a halt when its landing gear didn't open.The plane made an emergency landing at the Crystal River Airport in Citrus County Tuesday afternoon without its landing gear.
Sparks flew as the private plane landed on its belly. Two people on board are reportedly okay.
