At least 28 people, from which 22 children, lost their lives in a very tragic accident near the Swiss town of Sierre. The children were returning from a ski trip in the Swiss mountains. They were all around 11-12 years old. The driver, co-driver as well as teachers also are among the dead. The bus was driving in a tunnel and crashed head on into a concrete wall at full speed at the end of a so called emergency zone in the tunnel. 24 more children were injured in the wreck. At the time of writing the cause is unknown. Most parents are still uncertain about the fate of their loved ones and are flown to Switzerland with military planes.
