Grilling sideways, A new way to grill.

I came up with a new technique of grilling sideways and would like to share it with my fellow Live Leakers . Its not a long video but it sure is tasty! Enjoy

@safetychuck2 I do deliver, usually between 6 to 8 weeks via fed ex ground. So you got to have a strong stomach. But i have never got any call backs? come to think of it i have never heard from any of them again ! strange

Now we're talkin'..well I think the one on the left was a little too burnt for my personal tastes but hey if that's how you like them than right on.what spices do you use?I just go with Johnnys Seasoning and extra garlic powder.Med rare here with indirect heat,takes awhile but it always comes out perfect.Oh and I'll toss about a handful of pre soaked hickory wood chips on the coals..gotta be soaked though or those things will friggin ignite.Awesome grill..good looking cuts and you looked stoned More..

OK I tried it and made a big mess but the steaks taste great . Thanks i'm a better griller now and my wife hates me ! Dogs are loving the greasy clean up though ..

I did that once and only once the bad thing is she got me back by hand cuffing me to the toilet and going shopping with the girls , 4 hours later she released me and it took about a day for my ass to stop the pins and needles sensation . Thats why I cook MY WAY side ways from now on and I will never fall for that oh were gonna have a three some just sit there for a second i'm going to get Helga ?
