Moncton Fire & Rescue were first on scene of this pedestrian truck accident on St. George Blvd this afternoon at 3:35pm. NB Ambulance service and Codiac Regional RCMP arrived not long after . A 11 year old girl was hit in the side crossing the street . Long brake marks on the pavement from where the truck tried to stop. The young girl was transported to hospital. Road conditions were dry at the time of the accident. Codiac RCMP were speaking to the driver of the truck after the ambulance left had him pull his vehicle into the apartment building parking lot at 593 St. George Blvd.
