An explosion at Moscow's Lubyanka subway station occured Monday morning at 7:50am, reportedly killing 26 civillians. 15 people died in the train, and 11 on the platform. At least 15 others are wounded. The cause of the explosion is undetermined at this time, but the explosive device was believed to be on the metro car.
