After the child refused to get up from the street, her mother and sister walked away. A moment later a Honda SUV proceeded to run over the child. The woman driver jumped out and the child's mother rushed over in a panic to look underneath the vehicle. With the help of a dozen or so passersby, the SUV was lifted and the child was grabbed from underneath the vehicle, reportedly uninjured.
