On september 2, 2008, a woman asked two men for a cigarette. This was the beginning of some verbal assaults between two guys and the women with her boyfriend. Later one of those guys (Michael B., 25) kicked Daniel M. (boyfriend). Suddenly the other drugged and drunken guy Ronny B (29) got an ten kilogramm steel-sledgehammer and attacked the victim Daniel M. .

penalty:
Michael G. - 1 year 3 months probation, 500 € injury award, 100 hours to work for non-profit interests, pluspoint for him was that he stopped his friend Ronny, so he "only" hit the side of the victims body with the hammer instead of his head
Ronny B. - 6 years in jail, drug withdrawal
