Firefighters in Boston become victims of road rage
BOSTON -- The Boston Fire Department is fired up after two of their own are attacked on the job.
Investigators said the pair was assaulted around 11:30 p.m. Sunday night by a group of teens at 525 Main St.
As the firefighters from Ladder 9 halted traffic while one of their trucks backed up into the station, occupants in one of the stopped car grew argumentative about having to wait.
The four suspects then reportedly jumped out of the car and beat the victims with baseball bats. They also allegedly used their hands, feet and teeth to attack the pair.
