Years ago Bugtussle didn't have a fire truck and if a house caught on fire it usually burned down in a matter of a few minutes. After several bazaars, bake sales and contributions from townspeople they raised enough money to buy a small, used fire truck. After that if a house caught on fire they could keep it burning all day.
