I can't imagine why he would try the jump two times. The first landing must have been painful and scary enough. He must be a glutton for punishment, or else a nut-cake. Now he can contemplate the error of his ways from a hospital bed.

Hey guys... I have a great idea. Let's go to the middle of nowhere, hours away from the nearest medical emergency help and engage in highly risky motocycle jumps. Won't that be cool?!!!
What's the point of being in the middle of Alaska. I could find a field that looks like that in California, minutes away from emergency help.
