St George’s Day March: Labour Seeks to Lock English out of Park Event
March 11, 2009
Regional News, West Midlands
Special report from Black Country BNP: In an astonishing display of self-delusion, arrogance, and outright stupidity, the Labour regime in Sandwell has been reported in a local paper as wishing to ”lock out the St George’s Day marchers” from their own multicultural garden party.
The council initially tried to prevent the march from taking place at all, but a popular revolt put an end to those plans, as reported on this site. A local Labour councillor has now stated that a ”car park has been made available for marchers to disperse from when the march is over.”
Astonishingly, even for Labour, they will then lock those marching out of the ”main event in the park.” Not only is this arrogant, but it smacks of potentially trying to goad people into angrily protesting at this piece of anti-English racism.
Sources close to the organisers have said that: ”The march has more than a decade of tradition behind it and it is non-political. The council seems to have used a very nasty tactic here. We have never had any trouble at the march, which has attracted tens of thousands of men, women, children, and whole families.
“This crass act of openly goading us English people into a reaction is an attempt to cause trouble, and it would not be beyond certain types opposed to England and Britain to engineer something to make us look bad.”
The local people are not stupid and many thousands of people are expected to arrive for the celebration of Englishness from all over the country. They will march with dignity and pride and show those haters in Sandwell council that it will be a fantastic event.
Locking a people out from their own event is something which the council would not do for any “ethnic” event. English people will rise above this provocation. See you all at the march . . . let’s make England and Saint George proud of us.
