New video has been released of the Memphis McDonald's manager who brutally beat an employee.

Jackson Martin, III plead guilty to an Aggravated Assault charge last month. The video aired in court Tuesday.

The video shows 21-year old Martin brutally attacking 17-year old Jerelle Gray at the McDonald's on Austin Peay in the Raleigh area. Police said last year's assault started after an argument over gray wanting to clock out after his shift.

The judge wants to go over more testimony before sentencing Martin for the attack.
