Brian Freeman, 28 ,accused of viciously kicking a pit-bull in a Harlem elevator was held Tuesday in lieu of $3,500 bond.


He is charged with kicking a
pit bull in the elevator of the Wagner Houses on August 26. Freeman's lawyer claims that
the attacker's identity is not clear.
