      At the same time, I wonder if authorities might have tracked down this nut job sooner if his animal abuse had gotten more attention?

  • I have been following the pursuit of this scumbag for a long time. He has been killing cats and posting the videos. Despite this being a strong indicator of him eventually moving on to humans and even becoming a serial killer, not much was done. There is a Facebook group who have been chasing him for some time an trying to get the cops involved. So now he chopped up some kid. Gee, who saw that one coming...?
