February 26, 2009: US Attorney General Eric Holder announced the Justice Department would no longer raid State compliant Medical Marijuana dispensaries.
Today the Obama Administration is backing that declaration with a three page memo stating new federal government guidelines for the 14 states with medical marijuana laws in the books.
The list of states are as follows: Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington.
