Sheriff's employee steals documents from defense attorney in courtroom
Officer Adam Stoddard with the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office is caught on tape stealing a document from the defense attorney's files behind her back, then hands the document to deputy Francisco Campillo to make photocopies!
In my opinion documents on the defense attorneys own table are only for the defense attorney and nobody else. Looks like there are three criminals in the court room.

Quite appalling. This judge is totally incompetent and a liar. She saw the deputy fukking around behind the lawyer's back and did not intervene, then pretends to ask the deputy what he did, like if she did not see what went on. lol...
Security has become an excuse for all kind of civil rights infringements in that country.

That "judge" is overwhelmed by her duties and needs to get a handle on her courtroom.
I think if this would have happened in a judge Judy or similar personality, the judge would have stoped the procedings mid sentence and asked the deputies who the f**k they thought they were. LOL!

In my country the attorney-client privilege actually means something. The prosecution is not even allowed to examine the data on your cell phone if you state that you recorded a conversation with your attorney on it. In the USA an officer can take a hand writen letter between the defense attorney and her client and make photocopies of it? What a joke!

Lol this must be the only country in the world where a security guard can go rifling through and taking court papers without anyone batting an eyelid or challenging him! This would be absolutely unheard of in a British court. The beak would have none of that, lol.

California sheriff's & their deputies are among the lowest scum on Earth in my opinion. I think the only reason the Fed's haven't taken them all down is because that would not leave enough law enforcement on the job. It use to be 'One bad apple doesn't ruin the bunch'. Whoops! This is why I should not surf the web way after my proper bedtime. I misread and thought this took place in Mariposa County (CA). I apologizes to to the fine outstanding Deputies seen in this video, and all those like them representing Maricopa County, (AZ), however, I stand by my opinion of those in CA.
