People like this guy are all over Europe. They are not Romanians but gypsy.
Until some legislation (if) will be available, here's a few tips to protect yourself from this individuals:
1 - Do not talk with them. Even if they tell you stories about how poor they are.
2 - Do not give them money.
3 - Do not be frighten about them. Hit them if they become insistent.

I know good western people aren't used to this but before being a good human and giving them money look at this video. At the end you will see where your money go. Hard to believe eh?



A Romanian family doesn't rush to make children because jobs come and go and wages are low. Gypsy in the other hand are baby factories(5.3 offspring/female). Why? Because that's how they get working force.
