The following film was taken when 2 female bailiffs turned up to collect a unpaid fine. This was £155 when the bailifss got it and they charged £600 odd to release the clamp. The company involved was newlyns and the authority they were collecting on behalf of was croydon council. This happened in may. the bailiff was certificated at dartford county court.
