My personal opinion: The syrian secret service killed the son of the Grand Mufti because of his opposition towards the regime. Only sad thing is that his father has either realized it but doesn't dare to speak out, or he's too blind to see it.

  • I feel it is now only a matter of time before this 'petty infighting' kicks of a major war on this planet again.

    With the weaponry and technology we have now - it will be even more brutal and costly in human life than the last 2 big ones combined that we had last century.

      China is busy building their caches but you obviously don't understand the level of r&d tech. the US has in it's possession. My favorite are acoustic weaponry that can literally turn your body & brain to mush if directed at any human target. You can't even hear it but you will feel it and be crippled by it. That's just one of many projects but as it stands, thanks to Geneva laws, using them constitutes cruel and unusual punishment.

  • The Situation at the moment is very dangerous. Israel, Russia, China, Iran and the United States are heading towards war.
    If the Situation keeps getting worse WW1 and WW2 will be a baby fight against what is comming. This time much more blood will be spillt. I believe that the United States have the best Army and equipment in the entire world. But Russia and China are also mighty opponents.       Russia and the US will not go to war over Syria or Iran. If they bombed Israel, maybe. Media has everyone hyped up that this is a big deal to the outside world when it isn't.
