Brazilian Invents Luminescent Water-Bottle Lightbulbs

BRAZIL
A man invented a lightbulb that uses no electricity or batteries which is made from empty plastic bottles filled with water and clorox. The Sun charges the particles creating a chemical reaction, making the bottle illuminate as strongly as a 60-watt electrical lightbulb. The light is bright white.

There's no reason to doubt you, but whoever gets his invention to the media and world stage first earns his right as the original "inventor".
For example:
Americans invented the telephone: wrong: a Canadian did, Alexander Graham Bell, a 100% Canuck Boy.
Americans invented the helicopter: wrong: The French did.
Americans invented the Internet: wrong: Two Danish students did.
Americans invented the automobile :wrong: an Englishman did.

Did you know that the "iPhone" has been available in Russia and Europe since 1999?
A phone exactly and as full-featured as the iPhone has been available in those countries for ages, we North Americans only got it 1 year ago.

OK, Watch the vid again and pause it after 1 second, look at the tops of the bottles poking through the roof, they are just refracting the light into the house from outside. They dont mention that the 'TEST' was done during the day, thats also why the lady says 'no leaks'. The chlorox would just make the water cloudy and better at glowing that perfectly clear liquid. No magic here guys.

I dont' t know about Russia ...But I'm witness that in Japan had phones that kick Iphone ass everytime...and It actually TODAY ...is not allow to enter because it doesn't comply with the internet features, tv and other capabilities than the japanese had for years in a common phone !
