Saudi Arabia withdraws its ambassador to Egypt over mass protests infront of the Saudi Embassy after the Saudis capture a lawyer during the pilgrimage and imprison him, his sentence one year in prison and 20 lashes because he insulted the King Abdullah (who is certainly a crazy bugger, oops, shouldn't say that, really meant to say that everyone loves him everywhere).

Video 2: bigger peaceful protests on April 27th, 2012 outside Saudi Embassy, Egypt, which sparked recall of ambassador.

The protests sparked by the arrest of Ahmad Al-Gezawi infront of Saudi embassies are not only in Egypt but in many other countries including Tunisia, where the people are already angry that Saudi Arabia is sheltering their convicted criminal former president Zein Al-Abideen. Saudi Arabia refuses to hand him over to Tunisia for justice. Other Middle Eastern countries ired by Saudi Arabia include Yemen, where Saudi Arabia was involved in engineering immunity for deeply unpopular president Ali Abdullah Saleh after he killed thousands of protesters. Saudi Arabia again gave him refuge and saved, so far, his family and preserved them in their corrupt positions while they destroy the country. Yet another country enraged by King Abdullah is Bahrain, where another popular uprising saw more than half of the population demonstrating for change in Pearl Roundabout, until the Bahraini King Hamad destroyed the roundabout itself and called in Saudi troops to crush the protesters.
Saudi Arabia criticised the Egyptian revolution and was angered by the loss of Hosni Mubarak. However, Saudi Arabia supports a fake revolution in Syria and supports terrorism in Syria. While saying that the protests outside Saudi embassies are not welcome and unjustified, they like to call for the Syrian people to take up arms against the Syrian government. Hypocrisy runs in the blood.
