They are commonly referred to as tarantula hawks. The spider in this video was not a tarantula however, rather a huntsman spider.

As I recall this wasp lays its eggs in the spider, between its segments, the spider is paralyzed from the wasp venom, the wasp then buries the spider, the eggs hatch and eat the spider.
