@DFTERC I've lived in Utah, and I can tell you the state is full of people like him. Drop your wallet and you'll get it back with the money still there. I got my $500 droid back the next day. It has a lot to do with the fact that the state is one of (if not the) most Conservative states in America. The people don't feel entitled to what is yours.
