"Praise be to Allah, Helper of the Mu'mineen and Failer of the kaafireen
and the munaafiqeen. And Peace and Blessings upon our Prophet Muhammed,
the Smiler and Fighter, and upon all his family and companions.

Has Provided your brothers in the State of Tawheed and Khilaafah (the
chance to) pursue one of the leaders of apostasy in Ar-Rutbah (western
part of Wilaayat Al-Anbaar), one of the well-known enemies of the
mujahideen. And after preparing their tools and taking the (appropriate)
measures, and putting Trust in Allah The One The Only, one of the
(Islamic State) contingents carried out an assault on him (the apostate
leader), and captured him and interrogated him. And after taking his
confessions and his admission of being an agent of the crusaders and the
apostate government, the Judgment of Allah was carried out on him.
After planting an IED on his corpse, he was hanged on one of the bridges
on the highway close to Ar-Rutbah in order to lure the apostates to the
location.

And by the Grace of Allah, the plan progressed as
planned by your brothers. A joint force of kaafir national guard and
police arrived to the location, and as one of the police officers
approached the corpse, the (explosion) was carried out on him, and he
fell immediately and was injured critically, and he perished following
that in the hospital. Also, two apostates close to the location were
wounded with severe injuries, and we ask Allah to Make them follow the
first one."
