Shenzhen Expressway between Fujian and Guangdong, 20 January 2012 – Driver taking an exit changes his mind and returns to the highway, then apparently changes his mind again, stops and gets rammed by the camera car coming from behind.
Cam car driver acknowledges the collision was avoidable, but say he panicked and was also "distracted by the family" in car.
