Four Pedestrians Hit By a Car

This is a bit old, but intresting enough, so I risk a repost.

For no apparent reason the oncoming car car veers out of control mowing down the pedestrians waiting to cross the intersection.

ps. The title in the cam says "032-Kirov Garden", so I guess this could be from Kirov, or maybe not... ;)
