Webster Tarpley explains that all the massacres attributed to Assad's regime were indeed perpetrated by US-backed terrorists with the intent of putting pressure on NATO countries to vote a resolution at the UN for military intervention (like happened in Libya). He says that the armed gangs are based in Turkey and cross the border at will, but it is unclear whether they are based in a Turkish or a nearby US AFB, which puts the role of the US in evidence.
Now important European news outlets in Germany and Italy are setting the record straight, that it's not Assad killing his own people.
Russia foreign affairs minister Lavrov explained the ploy in a recent Washington Post article and expressed the wish that the US policy of putting pressure through terrorism will be condemned by a UN resolution.
The US media are mum about these new developments.
