Now NYC just needs to kick out all occupants of those public housing complexes so conveniently paid for by OUR hard earned wages. Fuckers on public assistance should, as sooooo many always state, pass not only drug screening tests, but also criminal background checks. And be subject to random, unannounced home inspections not only to check on living conditions but also things like this.
