First, I guarantee that this is an old photo. That book was published in 2009, since then there is a new revised edition published this past May titled 'The Post American World: Release 2.0.' Secondly, it's subject matter has nothing to do with any decline of America, but rather how other countries such as Brazil, China and India, are modernizing and growing their economies, and what it means for America's future.
