For all of you Pit Bull haters out there.....

Many of you pit bull haters probably have never been around the dogs and have no idea that they are not the vicious animals you have been brain washed into believing. The dogs can get aggressive, but they are not naturally inclined to attacks against people. They are territorial and FIERCELY LOYAL to their owners. Lay one hand on family member of a pit bull and you are libel to have it bitten off. I personally love this trait in my dog. He guards my house, my property, my 15 year old 3 legged rottweiler that can't defend herself, and is the smartest dog I have ever owned. A friend of mine found him sitting on the side of the road near the interstate that they live by. Somebody in the city most likely took him out to the suburbs and let him go rather than him wind up at a city pound to be euthanized.
As stated, he is the best dog I have ever had and my views toward pit bulls have been forever changed. And in order to prove to you how gentle these dogs can be, many of you probably don't know that Pete the Pub in the "Our Gang/Little Rascals" movies from the 1930s was played by a number of PIT BULLS. If they were that dangerous, why would movie producers choose this particular breed of dog to star in their show with a bunch of little kids?
Now enjoy this short clip of one of the "Pete the Pups" being trained and if you would like to know more, you can Google "Pete the Pup".
Here is one of many websites dedicated to the dogs that played this role:

The dog with the black over his right eye closely resembles my dog Champ.

Sad enough we live in a society where people are in need to defend their family against hoodies , skitti eaters and ice tea drinkers

When guns are not allowed then pitbulls replace them

Make our society safe , take away the hoodies , skitti eaters and ice tea drinkers and people dont need to have pitbulls anymore to defend their families !!!!!!!!!

We have already discussed this. If you think my dog is my main "weapon" you are sorely mistaken. He does give me enough time to load my gun and get ready for what happens next. Your just jealous that you don't have a dog as cool as mine. Probably couldn't anyway where you live. You'd have to have him tied up or he would run out in that busy street and get run over. You probably abuse animals with the way you talk. I hope you don't have any kids when you grow up. On More..

  • More crap!

I have grown up with dogs, my parents had dogs when I was born. From then until I left home to go to university there were always doge in the house. Only one pure bread (miniature poodle Yeuch).

The only way I would like to pet a pitbull would be with a flamethower.

  • Best dogs in the world, they just attract shitty owners

  • Title should read:
    "Dumb-ass-gangsta-wanna-be-pitbull-owner...haters".

The vast majority of people that own dogs shouldn't have them. Same kind of people that shouldn't be allowed to reproduce.

  • As a lifelong dog owner myself I hear your viewpoint. However, your comments worry me. Firstly and most importantly you state that pitbulls are fiercely loyal and protective. Herein lies the problem. It is YOUR job to protect your dogs and yourself, not his. If you allow him to be the protector he becomes the decision maker as to when to use aggression and when not too. Pitbulls like most 'fighting' breeds are more predisposed to aggression than say gun breeds, good responsible ownership and car More..

  • Until I hear multiple stories of people and pets being mauled to death by Golden retrievers and Australian Sheperds I will always believe Pit Bull are a breed that has a propensity to violence.

Happens all the time. All dogs bite. Its a fact. If you don't believe me, spend some time researching it and you will find plenty of dog bites from other breeds of dogs.

Yup did a little research, a lot of people dead at the paws of Pit Bulls, and they represent the highest percentage of deadly attacks of any breed.

  • So fiercely loyal who would bite your hand off and good for guarding because they would attack an intruder..

ie you like them because they attack....

    By nature...

You so epically failed giving them a good name all in one go...

Face it, you like them for their attacking spirit....You just like having a big bad dog..

  • Get on petfinder for NYC and sort by breed. There are 9000 adult Pit Bulls available for adoption, 10x more than any breed. The Pete's of this breed were genetically ignored for more aggressive traits and that got worse after they became popular in the inner city. 9000 available. Don't tell me its a good breed. Your little story about hands being bitten off is stupid. A man protects his family, he doesnt hide behind his animals.

I'm not hiding behind my animal. I can take care of my family. But if you pull into my drive way, get out of your car, and storm up on my front porch in an aggressive manner, you will be greeted in an aggressive manner. Get out and walk up and talk to the dog nicely, he will lick your hand.

I could care less what happens in that shit hole called New York.

    • @dirtbiker201 So let me guess this straight: You post a video defending the breed, with a lot comments expressing your love for the breed, you care about them soooo much - but you don't care that 1000's of them are being euthanized, because they are in NYC. Nice argument you're having with yourself, let me know when you're finished. And why are people storming up to your porch aggressively, you running a meth lab or something?

  • Pit bulls have been known to attack their own owners, often resulting in serious injury or death (see the article in my channel). They are a vicious, stupid breed which needs to be exterminated.

  • Any dog can be a vicious dog if it's owned by a neglectful abusive asshole. Any dog can be a loving dog if it’s raised in a loving home. Pitbulls get a bad rap because way too many assholes own them. Pitbulls in loving homes don’t make headlines, we don’t know how many nice ones there are. The problem is not the dog, it’s the owner.

  • Had a pitbull try to tear apart my door last week to get in my house and get my pets . After speaking with the owner it seems his pit loves to kill cats . Real peaceful animal .

  • Right. Tell that to the dead kids from pit bull attacks. Tell that to the mained and disfigured adults.

Pit bulls are not compatible with society.

Only micro-dick losers have them as a display of some semblence of power - FACT.

  • Sorry, but I really don't care how nonviolent they can be. I care about how violent they can be. You can show me a million examples of a pit bull being lovable, but that doesn't change the fact that the animal has the ability to harm or even kill anything around it, and there are plenty of examples of that happening.

    • @marty7044 clueless...ever notice how many white people have pits and they are very well behaved and "other" types have them and they kill...now do a child-type comparison... connect the dots... got it sparky?

    • @marty7044

What about labs? Cocker Spaniels? Any dog? Cuz they ALL BITE. I have been bitten worse by smaller dogs than I have by the big ones. A little rat terrier can have more rage and BALLS in it to bite anyone or thing than your average pit bull that has been loved and treated well its entire life. Mine sleeps with my cat.

    • @dirtbiker201 I agree that there are certainly other dogs out there that can be dangerous. But when was the last time you read in the news that a Cocker Spaniel killed someone?
