  • this seems to be a symptom happening everywhere. It doesn't just apply in this video. Its a shakedown in every police district north of the border and south of the border. Cities are running short of cash running their over priced and over budget police departments. So to make cash, police officers are shaking down drivers. Why? Because they are easy targets for police officers to shake down.

      In my town they are cracking down on "seatbelt violators" cause it's all about protecting the public, has nothing to do with issuing $100 tickets. Yeah nothing at all

  • unbelievable that this is only now getting some attention, these illigal shakedowns have been going on for years, and innocent people are forced to pay money just to get back money, and usually they cant even get back the entire sum

  • Louisiana and Texas did this for years. Texas still does it, I think. Louisiana got into trouble a couple years ago, but not sure if they changed their policies.
