Tropical Storm Debby in Louisiana - Part 3
 Part of channel(s): Liveleakers (promoted)

Well, as I write this, now the NHC has it going toward the FL Panhandle, so this has sure been a hard storm for them to predict! I was prepared, too, right down to several bags of charcoal. Not sure now, but the worst may be over... I took the pic about 45 minutes after the video; you can see how fast the tide is rising!

Anyway, what brought me outside was a Tugboat's horn blasting away, followed by the tug you see here, followed by a few others. At the end of that bayou to the left about 5 miles down is a shipyard. It's normal routine for the tugs to dock them and their barges at the shipyard before a big storm, so it's a sight I don't enjoy seeing...

Good luck to Florida, if that's where it ends up.
