Drunk racist throwing temper tantrum. I muted the audio a few times to withhold personal identifying info. I tried calling dispatch but they didn’t answer after several rings, so I decided to call 911. IIRC the 911 operator said they already had a call about the disturbance. This kind of disturbance has been happening a lot recently, and some of us are getting fed up. I criticize the police a lot, in the big picture SPD have been doing a lot of things wrong; though SPD typically has an excellent response time. SPD seemed fairly professional during this response; though in the big picture it’s Jonny come lately. Too little, too late.



It seems that they didn’t even cite her for littering.



These problems may have been avoided if law enforcement and city Council chose to take heed of my complaints. Instead I feel that city Council and law enforcement chose to be derelict, harass me, threaten me, and violate my civil rights.
