Here are enough people which are posting bloody pictures day by day we don't know if they are authentic-so let's have a look at the other side...
I think we shouldn't also still accept every news we get ....

  • The part with the Australians in Babr Amr is classic. Australian media has a long history of jazzing up scenes to make it look dramatic - or just plain faking it such as reporting from one city while claiming to be in another.

    Separate from media I love how batistah posts content with totally fake made up descriptions and then deletes and blocks anyone who points this out.

      Only very slightly. I don't know who he's blocked but the deleted entries are very few and far between.

      Plus, I've called bullshit on a couple of his posts - politely - and he's taken it in good manner.

    • @kingfordlm Not nearly as much as batistah does though. C-A-T is biased for sure, but he doesn't actually actively block people with dissenting views and pretend to be objective, whereas batistah blocks users and deletes comments all the time while posting "neutral" descriptions that are not reflected in the video.

    • @pandar When they were running in the streets, did you see the three people casually standing around looking at them puzzled? They were standing around like nothing was going on, seemingly thinking "what the hell are these tv people doing?" The only people acting like there was danger were the people involved in the propaganda. And they didn't show any evidence on shelling at all, which is strange because that would be the most interesting thing to film. What is the image you remember More..

    • @wellybub Regardless of whether they witnessed it or not, there are videos of the shelling happening on THIS website. Yes, CNN was stupid and had very shitty scenes. But that doesn't mean that shit isn't going on over there. That is what they're trying to convey to its viewers.

  • The later part of this video holds a lot more weight than the begining.

    The media do get it wrong often (happens to everyone) but are they trying on purpose?

    All we know for sure is CNN is definitely lying (Danny's case for 1) and that Reuters need to fire some staff and contacts to maintin credibility when it comes to sourcing information.

    Whether Reuters are lying intentionally is another matter.

    CNN is for sure though.
